Experienced Field Service Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a highly self-motivated team player.
JOB Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform equipment installations and commissioning at customers location
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on Goepfert equipment at clients locations
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Communicate and cooperate with technical and sales team at headquarters
Build positive relationship with customers
Qualifications required:
Field service experience
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
Mechatronic or electrican engineer
Interest in automation
Interest in drive technology
Experience with Siemens “Simatic S7” “Sinamics/Simotion” “Profibus/Profinet”
Experience in flexo print corrugated or industry is an advantage
Other demands:
Extensive travel required including weekends occasionally
Anticipated amount of travel: 90%
Travel to Customer sites within the US and Canada Mexico
Occasional travel to headquarters in Germany for training
Relocating is not required for this position. The ideal candidate must live near an international airport for travel
