Congratulations to the team at Nestler Wellpappe in Lahr. In a top field with several almost equal prints in highest print quality, the submission “Bauhöfer Bierbox” won here in the direct printing (corrugated board) sector. The special features only become apparent when the object is studied intensively, but then they are all the more impressive. For example, a vintage look was implemented here and a rarely seen sharpness and edge precision of the print was achieved. A veritable advertisement for flexographic printing!
This packaging was developed in the plastic substitution project to avoid plastic waste. Resolution 41l/cm. This was printed at the Nestler Lahr factory on a 7-colour Goepfert Ovation, built in 2016. It was produced with 6 colours and one varnish.
