After the regular business hours you can reach our hotline:

We will charge a fee of € 200,– plus working time for the use of the hotline / service outside our normal working hours.

We would like to ask you to use the service numbesr and our hotline outside our normal working hours only in case of emergencies, e.g. machine breakdowns

Inquiries, for example for trainings or spare part orders will be charged with a fee of € 200,– plus working time.
