On 27.04. it was that time again! GIRLS DAY and we were at the start again!
Five young women had the opportunity to get a taste of the professions of precision mechanic (m/f/d) and electronics technician (m/f/d) at Göpfert.
Our trainees from the precision mechanics area accompanied the “girls” in the training workshop, where they were allowed to make a name badge and were supposed to create a workpiece according to a given plan. In the electronics area, our trainer Gerlinde Reichert was at the girls’ side, explaining and supporting them in the tasks they were given and answering all their questions. Gerlinde showed the girls from her perspective that even as a woman you can have fun and success in a male-dominated profession.
