From June 10 to 17, we had the pleasure of welcoming four Spanish exchange students as part of the Erasmus project organized by Franz-Oberthür School.

After a brief introduction and a tour of our company, each student was paired with one of our third-year apprentices, who acted as their mentor throughout the exchange. Two of the students began their placement in the IT department, where they installed PCs and completed programming tasks. The other two students gained their first practical experience in the Electrical Engineering department.

During the following week, the students switched departments, giving everyone the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both IT and Electrical Engineering.

The focus was not only on observing daily operations. The exchange students actively participated in day-to-day work, completed practical tasks, and experienced the working environment at our company firsthand.

The international exchange was a valuable and rewarding experience for everyone involved. We look forward to welcoming more motivated Erasmus exchange students in the future and giving them exciting insights into our working environment.
