- We will charge a fee of € 200,– plus working time (€ 54,– per 15 minutes) for the use of the hotline / service outside our normal working hours.
- We would like to ask you to use the service numbers and our hotline outside our normal working hours only in case of emergencies, e.g. machine breakdowns
- Inquiries, for example for trainings or spare part orders will be charged with a fee of € 200,– plus working time (€ 54,– per 15 minutes).
